At Chaos & Grace Customs, each tumbler is custom-made just for you. Because our products are personalized, we ask that you carefully review your order before submitting it.

Customized Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all customized tumblers are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following information:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Color & Design Variations

Please note that colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting. Minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
